Wedding Photo Policies and Usage

By using the photo or song request tool, you are opting in to comply with the following rules and policies below.

What photo rules are there?

• All users who submit photos must be 18 years or older.
• No explicit photos are allowed.
• You must have consent of everyone whose picture you have taken.
• Only photos from the wedding day will be used.

How will my photos be used?

• Photos will be displayed optionally on a slideshow on the day of the wedding.
• A link to download the photos will be shared with the bride and groom.
• Images will be screened before they are added to the wedding album.
• Photos will be stored in the cloud.
• Photos will be deleted from the cloud after some time as outlined in the policy below.

What other information do you collect with the Photo or Song Request Service?

• By texting us, you provide us your phone number and other metadata such as State, ZIP, etc. 

Wedding Event Photo Policy

**Introduction**

This photo policy applies to all guests who attend the wedding event ("Event") and choose to participate in the photo sharing service ("Service") provided by Electric Dance Company ltd. By participating in the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Participation in the Service is voluntary. Guests may choose to submit photos via text message to be displayed on a screen during the Event and shared with the bride and groom after the Event. By submitting a photo, you are opting into this policy and agree to the terms outlined below.

By submitting a photo, you affirm that you have the consent of all individuals depicted in the photo to share their image in accordance with this policy. If there are children under the age of 18 depicted in the photo, you affirm that you have the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

**Use of Photos**

Photos submitted via the Service may be displayed on a screen during the Event, shared with the bride and groom, and may be published on a website or shared on social media after the Event. By submitting a photo, you grant Electric Dance Company ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the photo for these purposes.

**Data Protection**

Electric Dance Company ltd. is committed to protecting your personal data. Photos submitted via the Service will be stored securely and will only be used for the purposes outlined in this policy. **Liability**

By participating in the Service, you agree to release and hold harmless Electric Dance Company ltd., its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or related to the Service.
